Neat Cleat
These are heavy duty and well worth the money. I bought these to install on a used Sea Doo that I recently bought and had no tie off cleats on it. Due to the nature and potential for falling/sliding or getting thrown from a PWC, depending on your riding habits, I wanted something that wouldn't stick up and grab my swim trunks, my skin or my butt. This certainly does the trick. Mounting took a minute but wasn't hard. Requires a 1" hole saw and an inch a quarter (1-1/4) deep socket or wrench. Flat surface where it mounts, and I sealed with silicone. I like the tube attachment for draining any water that may still get in.
