Meguiar's #91 Marine/RV Pro Grade Power Cut Compound - 32oz

Meguiar’s Marine/RV M91 Professional Grade Power Cut Compound is an advanced professional compound formulated to remove heavy defects in fiberglass and gel coat surfaces without scouring the finishing like traditional compounds. This high-grade marine compound delivers a super-fast cut with low swirling and is excellent at removing sanding scratches, heavy etching, staining and heavy oxidation while restoring gloss and clarity. Intended for use with a rotary buffer, this marine rubbing compound can be used to remove defects in fiberglass, gel coat and marine painted surfaces. After you’ve removed the heavy defects, follow with Meguiar’s Marine/RV M45 High Gloss marine polish (optional step) to maximize depth of shine and then top with a long-lasting marine wax like Meguiar’s M63 Flagship Premium Marine Wax or Meguiar’s Marine/RV M56 Pure Wax Carnauba Blend. M91 Power Cut Compound comes in a 32 ounce bottle.

Tips and suggestions for use

• Before using a marine compound to remove below surface defects, wash and dry the surface of your boat or RV with a premium wash. Meguiar’s M54 Gel Wash is a great product to effectively remove loose surface contaminants without stripping wax protection.
• Shake the product thoroughly before use.
• Always make sure the surface you are working with is cool to the touch.
• Work a section at a time using a small amount of the marine compound. With a new pad, be sure to prime it by applying a thin and even amount of product over the entire face of the pad. Reapply a small amount of product as needed.
• Use moderate pressure, spread the product evenly with overlapping movements to ensure uniform coverage over the section.
• Work the product in until nearly dry. Immediately wipe off with a fresh, clean Meguiar’s Supreme Shine Microfiber Towel or 100% cotton terry cloth towel.

• Formulated for best results with a high-speed rotary buffer and Meguiar’s Soft Buff Rotary Foam Cutting Pad, Meguiar’s Soft Buff Rotary Wool Cutting Pad or Meguiar’s Soft Buff Rotary Heavy Cutting Wool Pad,depending on how much cut is needed.
• You typically want to run your rotary buffer between 1000 – 1800 RPM’s.
• Do not apply to vinyl surfaces, rubber surfaces or on decals.
• If you only have light to moderate defects, consider using Meguiar’s Marine/RV M49 Heavy Duty Oxidation Remover. If you are working with moderate to heavy defects Meguiar’s Marine/RV M67 One Step Compound is a great option that’s a little less aggressive than Meguiar’s M91.
• After removing all defects and bringing back maximum shine, be sure to put protection back on the surface with Meguiar’s Marine/RV M56 Pure Wax Carnauba Blend or Meguiar’s M63 Flagship Premium Marine Wax.
