Marine Boat Supplies offers Moeller Marine comprehensive line of Lighthouse marine fuel tanks, including permanent (below-deck), portable (above-deck), and "Redi-Tanks". They are primarily made from durable, corrosion-resistant, cross-linked polyethylene that is compliant with ethanol and biodiesel fuels.
Key Features and Material
Moeller Marine fuel tanks are engineered to meet and exceed all marine industry regulations, including ABYC, NMMA, U.S. Coast Guard, and EPA/CARB low permeation standards.
- Fittings: They feature molded-in fill necks and vent fittings, along with machined aluminum 3/8" withdrawal fittings that swivel 360° for ease of installation and to reduce fuel line kinks.
- Fuel Compatibility: The tanks are suitable for use with both gasoline and diesel (a return port sending unit is required for diesel installations).
