Description
Timber core tearing and additional areas of delamination are caused by water getting into the transom. It may lead to inevitable complete core failure and replacement of the whole transom. Proper maintenance of the transom is significant to prevent a costly repair. The sterndrive or anode mounting holes could be overbored, core filled, and re-glassed to avoid damp spots. The TRANSOM SEAL 18-2767 is a premium-grade rubber construction with 16 holes. It is a perfect solution for damaged and worn seals to create a watertight seal in the transom.
