Orion Locate Basic-3 Red Handheld Flares - 3-Pack. This Orion 3 pack of red flares exceeds U.S. Coast Guard requirements for brightness and burn time. Each of these flares has a brightness of up to 950 candela and a burn time of up to 3 minutes. Also, these flares have a 33% larger flame and a 35% brighter signal than the previous version.
