Pettit® Tuff Coat Primer 4000/4001 is a 2 component water-based epoxy primer/sealer that can be used on fiberglass, gelcoat, concrete, wood, and painted surfaces to promote adhesion between the substrate and Tuff Coat.
PETTIT PAINT Tuff Coat 2-Part Primer 4000/4001, Quart. This product can be applied to damp concrete marine surfaces following proper application procedures. This product is compatible with all Tuff Coat rubberized non-skid coatings.
