Description
The most important aspect of any anchoring system is the use of a chain. While some manufacturers may claim that their anchor does not require a chain, decades of anchoring research and testing prove otherwise. These are typically low-grade anchors used by boaters or on smaller bodies of water where the forces on the anchors are minimal, and the chain will not make a significant difference. Seadog Anchor Chain is made of forged steel that has been hot-dipped and galvanized. This anchor lead chain has welded, oversized end links that allow for simple shackle attachment.
