The included mounting bracket serves a dual purpose, functioning as a wiring template for easy installation. For optimal water drainage, it is recommended that the horns be installed with a slight downward angle.

The horn operates at 111 decibels, with a frequency of 490±20 Hz. It meets the US Coast Guard's COLREGS and ABYC standard A-23 requirements for vessels under 12 meters (39 feet).
