Key Installation Considerations
- Dashboard Thickness: Standard brackets provide a smooth hold on typical fiberglass dashes. If your dashboard or bulkheads are thicker than 1/2 inch, you may need an angled screwdriver or specialized hardware to tighten the brackets from behind.
- Cutout Template: Always utilize the template provided in your original radio owner's manual to cut the dashboard opening before attempting to fit the flush mount hardware.
