The Weld Mount AT-6031 Metal Bond Adhesive is a high-performance, two-part acrylic adhesive designed specifically to bond metal surfaces as a structural alternative to traditional welding. It is characterized by its high viscosity, which prevents parts from sliding or running during application, and its rapid cure time.

- Bond Strength: Develops a tensile strength exceeding 2,500 psi on most metal surfaces.
- Rapid Curing: It reaches a 6-minute working time, cures in 10–12 minutes and achieves working strength in just 40 minutes.
- Viscosity: Formulated to be thick and non-runny, allowing you to position parts on vertical surfaces without them sliding.
- Mixing Ratio: A 10-to-1 ratio system packaged in a 50mL cartridge.
Application & Required Tools
To use this adhesive correctly, you will need several proprietary Weld Mount tools, as it is not a standalone "squeeze tube":
- Dispensing Gun: Requires a specialized applicator like the Weld Mount AT-301 gun.
- Mixing Tips: Uses AT-651 mixing tips to blend the two parts automatically as they are dispensed.
- Prep: For best results on metal, surfaces should be cleaned and lightly sanded with Scotch-Brite to remove oxides.
Note on Storage: This adhesive has a 6-month shelf life and should always be stored refrigerated to maintain its chemical stability.
