The Polyform Valve Screw is a critical replacement part designed to seal the inflation valves of Polyform US marine boat fenders and buoys.

Inflation & Installation Tips
- Removal: Use your screwdriver counterclockwise to completely remove the old screw before inflating.
- Pressure: Set air compressors to 30 PSI or less; inflate the fender up to a target internal pressure of 2 PSI.
- Firmness Check: You should be able to press the side wall in about 1/4 of an inch with your fingers.
- Tightening: Reinsert the screw and tighten clockwise only until it sits snug and flush against the valve face. Over-tightening can strip the plastic threads.
