Weld Mount AT-4020 Acrylic Adhesive - 10-Pack is a high-viscosity, two-part structural adhesive specifically engineered for vertical and overhead applications. It is primarily designed for bonding components in marine, military, and tactical environments without the need for drilling holes.

- Sag-Resistant Formula: The high-viscosity "non-runny" formula prevents parts from sliding down when applied to vertical or overhead surfaces.
- Rapid Curing: The adhesive reaches a functional set in 10–12 minutes and achieves working strength within 40 minutes at \(72^{\circ}F\).
- Bonding Capacity: One 50ml cartridge can bond approximately 150 to 200 parts.
- Material Compatibility: Ideal for composite and plastic bonding; it is generally not recommended for bonding to metal substrates.
- Extended Shelf Life: Unlike many other two-part acrylics, it has a shelf life of one year when stored at \(72^{\circ}F\) (refrigeration is recommended to maintain quality).

- Dispensing: Requires the Weld Mount AT-300 Dispensing Gun and AT-850 mixing tips (usually sold separately) to ensure a proper 1:1 mixing ratio.
- Tactical Use: Often used by armorers and tactical professionals for mounting optics, rail installations, and sight alignments where permanent, tamper-proof adhesion is required.
- Marine Use: Commonly used for boat outfitting, such as attaching cable tie fasteners or mounts to hulls without piercing the skin
